Purpose:

The purpose is to teach the participant the concept of tenancy; rental delinquency; tenant and landlord negotiation; and avoidance of and the process of eviction. 

Objective:

Participant should be able to understand tenancy; how to mediate issues between landlords and tenants; understand remediation and retention funds availability; and learn about and how to avoid the eviction process.
